Client-facing global banking opportunity managing multinational corporate clients

Your new company
Our client is a leading global financial services organisation supporting multinational companies across commercial banking, cash management and foreign exchange. You will join a friendly and experienced Sydney team with established processes, practical training and strong internal support.
Your new role
This 10-month parental leave assignment will see you manage an existing portfolio of multinational clients. You will own the client relationship throughout account opening and KYC, while internal specialists complete the processing.Your responsibilities will include:

Managing client relationships and keeping account opening and KYC requests moving Speaking with clients to understand requirements and obtain due diligence information Coordinating with onboarding specialists, operations and client services teams Tracking progress, volumes and outstanding actions across the portfolio Following up with clients and providing clear status updates Supporting existing cash management and foreign exchange relationships

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least two to three years of banking or financial services experience
  • Experience with bank account opening, KYC or corporate client onboarding
  • Confident client-facing communication skills
  • An understanding of corporate entities, including ABNs and ASIC extracts
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-up skills
  • A relevant bachelors degree and valid Australian work rights for the assignment
  • Due to the location of clients, this role requires someone to start at 8 or 8.30am.
