Property Manager | Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane | Temporary Ongoing Contract

Your New CompanyOur client is a well-established organisation with a significant retail property portfolio across Queensland. Operating a large network of consumer-focused sites and associated tenancies, they are committed to delivering high service standards, maintaining strong tenant relationships and ensuring the effective management of their property assets. Due to ongoing growth and increased workload, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Your New RoleWorking within a collaborative property team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of retail properties and associated tenancies. This role will suit a proactive property professional who enjoys balancing tenant engagement, financial administration and property operations.Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with tenants and key stakeholders across the portfolio
• Completing monthly reconciliations, including outgoings and property expenditure
• Monitoring and managing property budgets and operating expenses
• Reviewing invoices, processing payments and ensuring financial accuracy
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor engagement
• Assisting with lease administration, rent reviews and critical lease dates
• Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance standards are maintained
• Managing tenant enquiries and resolving property-related issues
• Supporting the wider property and asset management team with portfolio initiatives and reporting

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in commercial, retail or mixed-use property management
• Demonstrated experience completing property reconciliations and managing financial reporting processes
• Strong understanding of lease administration and tenant management
• Sound financial acumen with experience managing budgets, invoices and expenditure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications
• A current driver's licence
