Contract Services Manager Tier 1

Services manager required for a large-scale commercial building project in western Sydney.
Your New Company:Our client is a nationally recognised Tier 1 builder with a proven history of delivering complex commercial, healthcare, education, mixed-use and infrastructure projects across Australia. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking a Services Supervisor to join a highly experienced project team on a flagship development in Western Sydney.
Your New Role:
Reporting to the Services Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all mechanical and electrical components throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising the installation of all building services packages
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
Monitoring program milestones and driving services-related activities on site
Managing quality assurance inspections and defect management processes
Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives
Ensuring compliance with project documentation, standards and relevant regulations
Conducting site inspections, toolbox talks and safety audits
Assisting with commissioning, testing and handover activities
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Proven experience as a Services Supervisor, Building Services Coordinator or Services Foreman on large scale commercial projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services installations
Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain project programmes
Strong commitment to WHS and quality outcomes
Relevant construction qualifications and industry certifications
