Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their growing team servicing Yamba and surrounding areas. This role offers a diverse caseload across NDIS, community, paediatric, and aged care services, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Conduct functional capacity assessments and prepare comprehensive reports
• Complete assistive technology assessments and recommendations
• Deliver ongoing therapy focused on capacity building and client-centred outcomes
• Conduct cognitive and functional assessments
• Provide occupational therapy services to children, adults, and older Australians
• Deliver services across clinic, community, home, and outreach settings
• Complete home modification assessments and equipment prescription recommendations
• Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant reports

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

• Experience working within the NDIS sector
• Paediatric occupational therapy experience
• Experience with functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, and home modifications
• Community-based therapy experience
• Aged care experience
