You'll take the lead on a live $10 million architecturally designed apartment development in Elwood. It's a boutique build with high-quality finishes, a collaborative team of consultants, and a client focused on delivering an exceptional product rather than racing to the finish line.
The business has built a strong reputation across Melbourne for delivering premium apartment and commercial projects, generally ranging from $10 million to $20 million. They win a high percentage of negotiated work through repeat clients and referrals, allowing them to focus on quality delivery rather than chasing volume. Their pipeline is strong, providing long-term stability without the bureaucracy that comes with larger Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors.
You'll be supported by an experienced Project Manager, CA and leadership team who are hands-on when needed but trust their people to get on with the job.
You must have experience as the lead SM on similar-sized multi-res projects for a builder.

The salary guide is $170,000-$190,000, including super, depending on experience.
