Project Engineer – Luxury Class 2 Residential We’re working with a family-owned, boutique luxury residential builder/developer with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-end waterfront projects. Known for quality-driven delivery and small, high-performing teams, they offer an environment where you genuinely have ownership and work on some of Sydney’s most prestigious residential addresses.
About the Role You’ll be supporting the delivery of premium Class 2 residential projects that are already live on site. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you’ll play a key role in driving technical delivery, quality, and programme on complex luxury builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of luxury Class 2 residential projects through active construction to completion
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, ITPs, QA/QC and design coordination
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality
- Assist with construction programmes, lookahead schedules, and sequencing
- Support cost control, variations, and progress claims
- Drive high-quality finishes and ensure works are delivered to approved design and standards
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience working on Class 2 residential or high-end multi-residential projects
- Strong technical and construction knowledge with attention to detail
- Confident managing consultants and subcontractors on site
- Ability to work effectively in small, high-performing teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience using Procore or similar project management systems
