Opportunity
- Located in North West Queensland
- 28th August start, for 6 weeks with possibility to extend.
Skills & Experience
As a Community Health Nurse, you will use your advanced clinical skills and commitment to person-centred care to deliver high-quality healthcare services within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Working autonomously alongside nurses, health workers and Indigenous Liaison Officers, you will coordinate and deliver complex care while supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals, families and the wider community.
✅ Key Experience Required
• Community Health nursing experience
• Immunisations & vaccination provider certification
• Rheumatic Heart Disease management
• Bicillin administration
• Wound care
• IMR documentation & recalls
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Rural and remote experience highly regarded
