ICT Business Analyst

We are seeking a ICT Business Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and operational improvement projects. This is a key role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that enhance business performance and support our expanding global footprint.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in an Australian venture capital firm or similar with extensive experience complex financial modelling and due diligence

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights

• Demonstrated experience supporting complex commercial, investment or project-related transactions;

• Direct experience liaising with mortgage brokers, clients, lenders and related parties;

• Ability to manage both technical work and client/broker liaison responsibilities concurrently;

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and effectively from commencement, with minimal training.

• Demonstrated proficiency in leading UAT activities, including structured test planning, execution oversight, defect management, and full lifecycle resolution tracking.

• Proficiency in data tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau or similar)

• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—able to influence and engage diverse audiences

•Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in teams

• Prior experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, solar, BESS or related project/commercial work will be highly regarded
