Great role for a Senior Architect with great experience in design on Residential projects, including Social Housing. With a diversity of work across this studio undertakes a range of projects including boutique apartment projects, public projects, masterplans, commercial offices and various mixed-use projects. A collaborative, creative and supportive practice that enjoys a strong reputation for design and sustainability. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Directors and other team members on a range of projects
• Develop the skills and understanding of your team in all aspects of design and project development
• Provide leadership on technical components 
• Review and support development of design and documentation

Skills and Experience

• Relevant architectural qualifications and operating at a level similar to 10+ years' experience
• Ideally experience should include complex large-scale projects
• Knowledge of Australian standards and statutory regulations
• Experience leading projects ideally gained in larger practice
• Design thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Revit essential
