About the role
The Trustee for TURBO WIDE TRUST T/A TURBO PETROLEUM is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The position requires a professional who can support the business’s ongoing marketing activities and contribute to its overall marketing objectives. The successful candidate will work as part of the team and assist with the business’s regular marketing requirements in line with operational needs. Weekday and weekend availability is required as per business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to assess consumer demand, market trends, and opportunities for new products and services, supported by the collection and analysis of relevant data.
- Initiating and managing market research activities to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Guiding marketing activities, including product selection, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotion, sales methods, and distribution channels.
- Developing and implementing marketing objectives, strategies, policies, and programs to support business growth and development.
- Developing and implementing advertising strategies and campaigns in line with organisational sales objectives.
- Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies, target market positioning, consumer awareness, and effective promotion of products and services.
- Coordinating the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, while maintaining budget and schedule requirements.
- Developing, scheduling, and publishing marketing content across websites and social media platforms.
- Analysing digital marketing campaign data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitoring marketing initiatives and preparing regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
- Applying statistical modelling techniques to evaluate the potential impact of different pricing strategies on business profitability.
- Recommending improvements to website and digital content to strengthen search engine performance, visibility, and overall digital reach.
- Identifies market opportunities and provides advice on developing, coordinating, and implementing strategies for the pricing and promotion of an organisation’s products and services

Skills, experience and qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Marketing Specialist
- Must have a bachelor's degree or higher.
