The Role
Manage a diverse caseload across the mining lifecycle, including land access, exploration, development and closure matters.
Negotiate and draft native title and heritage agreements and advise on relevant legislation and regulatory compliance.
Represent clients in National Native Title Tribunal proceedings while maintaining direct client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
About You
- You will ideally have 3+ years’ PAE with experience in native title and/or Aboriginal heritage law.
- You are comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team when required.
- You bring a solutions-focused, detail-oriented mindset and an interest in delivering practical, commercially sound advice.
