The Role
- Manage a broad range of workers’ compensation and personal injury insurance matters, with a strong focus on litigation.
- Appear in and develop advocacy experience through WorkCover WA and District Court proceedings.
- Work directly with insurers and self-insurers while contributing to strategic advice and dispute resolution outcomes.
About You
- You will ideally have 2+ years’ post-admission experience, with a background in personal injury insurance claims and litigation.
- You bring a strong understanding of workers’ compensation insurance, with CTP experience viewed favourably.
- You are a proactive and personable lawyer with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in building your career within the insurance sector.
