As Clinical Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership to a busy, well-established Orthopaedic Department while maintaining a minimum 0.5 FTE clinical workload.
You'll join a collaborative surgical team within a modern referral hospital offering:
- Four operating theatres and two procedure rooms
- Six-bed Intensive Care Unit
- Diverse elective and trauma caseload

Attractive Remuneration
Total remuneration of up to $529,000+ per annum, including:
- Competitive specialist salary
- 12.75% employer superannuation

About You
You will be:
- FRACS (Orthopaedic Surgery) qualified, or eligible for specialist registration in Australia
- An experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with demonstrated leadership capability
- Passionate about clinical excellence, mentoring and developing surgical services
- Committed to education, research and continuous quality improvement
