About the role
 
As a Consultant Youth Psychiatrist, you will provide high-quality specialist psychiatric care within a Mental Health Service Group, delivering services across the Child, Adolescent and Young Adult Service. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will support children, adolescents and young adults with complex mental health needs across a variety of clinical settings. This includes opportunities to work within community teams, the Acute Inpatient Unit and the North Queensland Adolescent Forensic Mental Health Service. The role offers a diverse and rewarding caseload while contributing to the delivery of contemporary, patient-centred mental health care across the service.
