We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Purchasing & Supply Coordinator to join a fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics and customer service who enjoys managing multiple priorities and working with a range of stakeholders.
About the Role
You will act as a key link between customers, suppliers and site teams, coordinating the purchasing and delivery of products from initial order through to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with local and international suppliers
- Process customer orders and respond to enquiries
- Source products and obtain supplier quotes and availability
- Coordinate local and international freight and deliveries
- Follow up suppliers and freight providers to ensure deadlines are met
- Resolve delivery issues and provide timely solutions to customers
- Manage order documentation, invoices and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Experienced in purchasing, logistics, supply chain or customer service
- Comfortable managing multiple orders, deadlines and priorities
- Proactive and confident when following up suppliers and resolving issues
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
