Customer Service & Internal Sales Representative
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Internal Sales Representative to join a well-established Australian-owned business supplying safety equipment, workwear and PPE to customers across a wide range of industries.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries from start to finish while providing exceptional service every step of the way.
What you'll be doing
- Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, online and over the counter.
- Processing customer orders accurately using Oracle and NetSuite.
- Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries across safety equipment, PPE, workwear and footwear.
- Coordinating customer orders through to delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff and freight companies to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Handling returns, warranty enquiries and customer issues professionally.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Monitoring stock availability and advising customers of lead times.
- Supporting the external sales team when required.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service and internal sales.
- Experience working within the industrial, construction, manufacturing, trade or safety industries.
- Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle and NetSuite.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
Highly regarded
- Experience within the PPE or safety industry.
- Product knowledge of safety equipment and workwear.
- CRM experience.
