Our Site Administrators play a key role in our operations. You’ll support crews on the ground, keep our sites running smoothly and be part of a team that values capability, reliability and genuine teamwork.
 
 
About the Role
With a commencement date of November 2026 and reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Wonawinta Project. You will oversee site office administration and work closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery of project activities.
 
 
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce mobilisations and onboarding activities, ensuring all personnel meet site entry requirements.
  • Coordinate daily data entry across production, safety and relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month-end reporting.
  • Manage employee rosters and workforce scheduling to support operational requirements.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for site-based employees and visitors.
  • Process timesheets and maintain accurate workforce records to support payroll and reporting requirements.
