Job Description:
The position is located at the Adelaide Magistrates Court in the Intervention Programs branch of the Court Services Division. The Manager Intervention Programs has overall responsibility for all Intervention Programs staff. The Administration Officer reports directly to the Administrator.
This role is responsible for the provision of a range of confidential administrative and clinical services for the Abuse Prevention Program and other Intervention Programs within the Magistrates Court. The Administration Officer is also required to assist with general administrative duties to support the operations of the Intervention Programs.
Special Conditions:
- This is a short-term contract for 12 months
- This position is part-time (30 hours per fortnight)
- Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
Remuneration:
ASO2 ($66,442 - $69,504) adjusted for part-time
