Andaz Gold Coast is looking for bright, curious hospitality people to join our Food & Beverage team across a range of full-time, part-time and casual opportunities.
We’re currently recruiting:
- Waiters — full-time, part-time and casual
- Hosts
You’ll help create memorable dining experiences across our venues, welcoming guests with confidence, reading the room and bringing genuine personality to every interaction.
What you’ll do
Depending on your role, you may:
- Welcome and seat guests
- Take food and beverage orders
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service
- Maintain strong menu and product knowledge
- Support smooth service across the floor
- Respond to guest requests with care and initiative
- Keep dining spaces polished, organised and guest-ready
- Work closely with culinary, bar and wider hotel teams
- Follow responsible service, hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
About you
You are warm, composed and comfortable in a lively hospitality environment. You enjoy connecting with people and understand that great service is found in the details.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or premium hospitality venue
- A genuine interest in food, wine and guest experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A polished, natural service style
- Availability across weekends, evenings and public holidays
- A current Queensland RSA certificate for applicable roles
- Full Australian working rights
