The Role
We are currently seeking a Level 3 Engineer to join the technical services team. Ideally, you will already be working in a managed services company with the understanding of a client facing environment where you thrive in the ability to build new key relationships both internally and externally with clients. A typical day at this MSP will consist of:-
- Providing technical support to the managed services clients via telephone, email and remote support tools
- Resolving incidents assigned in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount
- Working as a team to get the job done
Your Skills
In your next role you will have the following skill set to utilise:-
- Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
- MS 365/Azure Cloud
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- VMware and/or HyperV
- Networking; Routing/Switching, VoIP, Wireless
- Firewall configuration and support
- Driving licence is required for this role
