Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate crushing, grinding and processing circuits
• Conduct routine inspections and plant checks
• Sample and test process streams
• Troubleshoot plant issues and report equipment faults
• Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation
• Work safely and contribute to a positive team environment

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Previous experience as a Process Operator or Process Technician within a mineral processing plant
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Current working rights in Australia

Desirable

• Loader, forklift or other mobile plant tickets
• Gold processing experience
• High Risk Work Licence
• Confined Space & Working at Heights (current)
