We are seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Carpenter to join a busy residential construction and repairs team in Townsville. This is a hands-on role working across a variety of residential repair, maintenance and restoration projects, offering long-term stability, variety and career growth.
Your new role
Working as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
What you'll need to succeed

• Trade Qualified Carpenter
• Minimum 5 years' carpentry experience
• Current QBCC Licence (or ability to obtain)
• Strong residential construction and maintenance experience
• Sound knowledge of building practices and WHS requirements
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Current Driver's Licence

Desirable

• Experience working within insurance building and repair projects
• Experience with residential restoration works
• Experience working directly with homeowners and clients
• Knowledge of Home Warranty Insurance processes
