What you'll do:
- Be the primary point of contact for service customers, delivering an outstanding experience
- Book vehicles in for service, repairs and warranty work
- Clearly explain service recommendations, costs and timelines
- Liaise between customers, technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems
What we're looking for:
- A genuine people-person with a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital systems
