Core Talent is currently seeking an experienced S26 Site Supervisor for a long-term FIFO construction project across two WA mine sites.
This is not a short-term shutdown. We are looking for someone who wants stability, with a minimum 12 months of work, a consistent 8:6 roster and an excellent hourly rate of $85–$90 per hour.
You will take ownership of a 13-person construction crew, overseeing the dismantling of modular/transportable buildings before managing the re-erection and fit-out sequence.
The Role As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of works across both sites, including:
- Supervising and coordinating a crew of approximately 13 personnel
- Running daily pre-starts, Take 5s and JHAs
- Daily task allocation and workforce coordination
- Permit control and site compliance
- Hold points and ITP sign-off
- Coordination of plant, equipment and materials
- Managing the dismantling sequence
- Managing the re-erection and fit-out sequence
- Daily progress, productivity and hours reporting
What We're Looking For To be considered, you must have:
- Section 26 Supervisor Training – MANDATORY
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising construction crews in WA
- Minimum 2 years' mine site supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience dismantling and re-erecting modular or transportable buildings
- Strong understanding of permits, JHAs, Take 5s, ITPs and construction safety requirements
- Experience coordinating crews, plant, materials and daily work fronts
- Confidence working in greenfield environments
- Good computer literacy and ability to complete electronic site reporting
Please note: Direct modular/transportable building experience is essential. Applicants should be able to clearly demonstrate which projects/buildings they have dismantled or re-erected, where the work was completed and when.
