FIFO Perth | Ongoing 8:6 Roster | Minimum 12 Months Work | $85–$90/hr

Core Talent is currently seeking an experienced S26 Site Supervisor for a long-term FIFO construction project across two WA mine sites.

This is not a short-term shutdown. We are looking for someone who wants stability, with a minimum 12 months of work, a consistent 8:6 roster and an excellent hourly rate of $85–$90 per hour.

You will take ownership of a 13-person construction crew, overseeing the dismantling of modular/transportable buildings  before managing the re-erection and fit-out sequence.

The Role As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of works across both sites, including:

  • Supervising and coordinating a crew of approximately 13 personnel
  • Running daily pre-starts, Take 5s and JHAs
  • Daily task allocation and workforce coordination
  • Permit control and site compliance
  • Hold points and ITP sign-off
  • Coordination of plant, equipment and materials
  • Managing the dismantling sequence
  • Managing the re-erection and fit-out sequence
  • Daily progress, productivity and hours reporting

What We're Looking For To be considered, you must have:

  • Section 26 Supervisor Training – MANDATORY
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supervising construction crews in WA
  • Minimum 2 years' mine site supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience dismantling and re-erecting modular or transportable buildings
  • Strong understanding of permits, JHAs, Take 5s, ITPs and construction safety requirements
  • Experience coordinating crews, plant, materials and daily work fronts
  • Confidence working in greenfield environments
  • Good computer literacy and ability to complete electronic site reporting

Please note: Direct modular/transportable building experience is essential. Applicants should be able to clearly demonstrate which projects/buildings they have dismantled or re-erected, where the work was completed and when.

Essential Tickets

  • Section 26 Supervisor Training – mandatory prior to site access
  • Construction Induction / White Card
  • Current WA C Class Driver's Licence

No additional tickets are required.

What's On Offer?

  • $85–$90 per hour
  • Ongoing 2:1 FIFO roster
  • Minimum 12 months of work
  • Long-term project rather than shutdown-to-shutdown work
  • Lead an established 13-person project crew
  • Company vehicle supplied
  • Communications and tablet supplied
  • No personal tools required
  • Consistent project pipeline across two WA mine sites

All mobilisation, plant inspections, inductions and daily reporting are completed electronically through the Site Docs app, so applicants must be comfortable using a tablet and digital reporting systems.

Interested? If you're an experienced WA mining/construction supervisor with your Section 26 and proven modular building dismantle/re-erection experience, we want to hear from you.
