What's involved
- Lead team your team in mowing and edging operations (Ventrac and zero turns, Toro Proline H800, push mowers, Atom edgers and brushcutters)
- Work hands-on alongside your team
- Ensure works are completed to a premium standard
- Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment
- Report on progress, issues, and requirements
- Pest and disease identification and treatment
- Foster a culture of safety
What you'll bring
You will be a hands-on leader with an eye for detail who takes pride in creating amazing green spaces.
- Qualifications in Horticulture or related field is an advantage, but your experience with a wide variety of mowing and garden maintenance tools and techniques is the key to success in this role
- Experience in managing junior and less experienced team members
- Strong commitment to safety
- Valid Drivers' license is essential
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
