Join a lovely, well-established allied health provider where you're genuinely supported to grow your career!

Are you a Physiotherapist looking for a role with flexibility, a manageable caseload and a team that actually invests in your development?

I'm working with a fantastic allied health provider that's been supporting older adults and people living with disabilities across Sydney for over 10 years.

They're looking for a Physiotherapist to join their growing community team, with a strong focus on quality care, clinical development and work-life balance.

One of the biggest benefits? The opportunity to start and finish your working day from home, with dedicated admin support helping to manage your diary!

Why you'll love this role

  • Competitive salary + super, with annual salary reviews
  • Flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity to start and finish your day from home
  • Community caseloads supporting older adults and people living with disabilities
  • Travel reimbursement at $1.01/km, plus tolls and parking
  • $1,000 annual PD allowance + 2 days of paid PD leave, pro rata and available after probation
  • Structured onboarding, including shadowing experienced clinicians
  • Regular 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities
  • Dedicated admin and scheduling support, so you can focus on your clients
  • Laptop, work phone, clinical equipment and uniform provided
  • Genuine career progression opportunities into senior clinical, training and leadership roles
  • Supportive multidisciplinary team with regular catch-ups, team meetings and social events

The role

You'll be working with a varied community-based caseload, supporting clients to improve their mobility, independence and quality of life.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Completing physiotherapy and functional assessments in clients' homes and community settings
  • Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes
  • Supporting clients with mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
  • Providing education and practical recommendations to clients, families and carers
  • Working closely with other allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care
  • Maintaining clinical documentation and contributing to case discussions and team meetings

There's also scope for experienced clinicians to support junior team members, contribute to clinical education and get involved in quality improvement initiatives.

A team that invests in you One of the things I really like about this organisation is the emphasis they place on supporting their clinicians.

You'll have access to structured onboarding, regular supervision, ongoing professional development and a genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team.

For early-career clinicians, there's also a six-month structured onboarding programme, designed to help build confidence and develop your clinical skills.
For experienced Physios, there are opportunities to continue developing your clinical expertise or work towards leadership, clinical training and mentoring.

  • Bachelor or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • A genuine interest in community rehabilitation, aged care and disability
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to clients
