This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in joinery, cabinetry, assembly, or hands-on manufacturing who is looking to grow within a fast-paced and supportive production environment. If you’ve worked as a joiner, cabinet maker, or assembler, your skills will translate exceptionally well into this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to cut and form materials to project requirements
- Conduct quality checks before and after cutting to ensure standards are met
- Perform routine machine maintenance and promptly report any issues
- Change and adjust machine tools as required
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workspace in line with WHS regulations
- Assist with handling and transporting materials safely
- Log material usage and work hours in the company ERP system
- Participate in daily morning briefings/toolbox talks
- Provide support in other areas of the factory when needed
About You
- Previous experience in CNC operation, joinery, cabinet making, assembly, or manufacturing will be highly regarded
- Skilled in reading measurements and working with precision tools
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Committed to workplace safety and proactive communication
- Able to perform in a production-focused, deadline-driven environmen
