What you'll need
- A current Queensland Pest Management Technician's Licence (essential)

- The Mosquito Control Association of Australia's Introduction to Mosquito Control course, or a willingness to complete it
- Good computer skills and the ability to pick up council GIS mapping
- A current C class driver's licence (4WD and ATV experience a bonus)
- The ability to work independently and deal with residents with tact and understanding
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment functional assessment, a powers of entry test and the role's required vaccinations (Hep A, Hep B, tetanus and Q fever), with possible rostered after-hours on-call
