Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join a highly skilled team delivering electrical infrastructure upgrades across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and critical facilities. You will be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electricians and subcontractors on site
- Coordinate daily project activities and site resources
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and procurement
- Oversee electrical installations, upgrades and commissioning works
- Support project delivery within live operational facilities
What you'll need to succeed
- NSW Electrical Licence
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Electrician. Strong commercial, industrial or infrastructure experience
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site documentation Current Driver's Licence
