The chance to drive, shape & deliver the end to end eCommerce & CRO strategy for a portfolio of some of Australis's most iconic brands in the Fashion Retail & Lifestyle space, with a hugely loyal customer database.
The Role:
Reporting directly into the Group Head of eCommerce, this role will be a true partner in shaping, driving & delivering the end to end eCommerce trade & CRO strategy across multiple brands & international markets. Leading a super high-performing team of three direct reports, with additional, best-in-class Agency partnership support, you will be responsible for driving solid online growth across all key metrics, as well as delivering major Digital transformation projects.
Sitting within the broader Marketing & Digital function, you'll have tight-knit relationships and partner super closely to the broader CRM, Performance & Creative & Brand Marketing functions, working within a stellar team, to deliver seamless, best in class onsite experiences.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong, demonstrated, eCommerce Trade & Optimisation background at Management level, with experience in developing & delivering high-performing initiatives to deliver strong growth online
- Deep, indepth understanding of the Shopify Klaviyo stack - experience with re-theming, re-designs or new tech integrations would be super advantageous
- Solid understanding of onsite Merchandising, Search, CRO and UX
principles and experience in developing & executing high-performing strategies - A highly analytical approach, and the ability to analyse heat-maps and data-sets to drive decision making
- Global, international market experience would be super advantageous, but not essential
- People leadership experience, mentoring both junior & more experienced direct reports to a high-performing level
- Experience with managing & maximising Agency relationships across both Development & Digital
- A solid track record of delivering YoY growth, increasing CVR, AOV & onsite traffic
