About the Role
As a Clinic Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic – leading your team, driving results, and creating a culture where clients and team members feel valued and inspired.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
- Overseeing clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.
- Driving clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
- Nurturing strong client relationships and building on our loyal clientele.
- Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred).
