A boutique Perth law practice working across civil and commercial litigation is looking for a paralegal to join its team. The firm covers a broad range of matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, property and real estate conflicts, contested wills and estates, insolvency and debt recovery, and criminal law. Clients range from private schools and insurance companies to small businesses and individuals, and the work regularly involves appearances in courts and tribunals across WA.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing court documents, briefs, and correspondence across a mix of civil and commercial matters
- Managing file records, discovery, and case chronologies
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and the courts
- Conducting legal research to support litigation strategy
- Assisting lawyers with trial and hearing preparation
What we’re looking for:
- A paralegal or law graduate with some experience in litigation or dispute resolution (clerkship or prior paralegal role considered)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
- Genuine interest in civil and commercial litigation
