Your new role
An opportunity is available for an experienced General Foreman to join the site team on a significant commercial project.
You will take responsibility for overseeing all scope of work from structures to finishers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fortnightly look-ahead programmes
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors on site
- Ensuring subcontractors adhere to required safety and construction standards
- Maintaining a safe, organised and productive site
- Progressing into oversight of finishes and external works as the project moves through its different stages.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have proven supervisory experience with multi-storey commercial construction, while experience with either schools or unit developments will be highly regarded.
You will ideally have:
- A trade background
- A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence would also be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience leading on commercial construction projects.
