The Company
Our client is a dynamic FMCG business with a strong growth trajectory and ambitious plans for the future. With a focus on quality, innovation and exceptional customer service, they are looking to appoint a standalone HR Manager to lead all people and culture activities across the business. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to make a genuine impact while partnering closely with operational and business leaders.
The Role
As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and act as the key HR point of contact across the organisation. Working closely with leadership, you will balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, helping to foster a positive culture, support leaders and drive best-practice people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the standalone HR lead, providing end-to-end HR support across the business
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management and workforce planning
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives
- Review and improve HR policies, procedures and people processes
- Drive employee engagement, culture and wellbeing programs
- Support learning and development activities while coaching leaders on people matters
- Maintain HR systems, reporting and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role
- Generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Strong ER/IR knowledge with the ability to manage people matters confidently
- Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing or similar operational environments
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business environment
