Are you a marketing professional with 2–3 years' experience looking for your next opportunity? Join Journey Early Learning as a Marketing Coordinator and play an important role in bringing our brand, centres and family experience to life.

Based at our Brisbane Support Office, you'll work across content, campaigns, communications, digital marketing and centre support, gaining broad marketing experience while working alongside a passionate and collaborative team.

About the Role

Working closely with the Marketing team and our centres, you'll support the coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Journey brand, support enrolments and help our centres connect with their local communities.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Create engaging content across digital and social channels
• Assist with communications and email marketing activity
• Maintain and update digital marketing platforms
• Support centres with local marketing and promotional activity
• Help monitor marketing activity and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work alongside our in-house Graphic Designer to bring campaigns and content to life
• Support centre teams with their marketing needs and initiatives

About You

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator with around 2–3 years' marketing experience who is ready to grow their skills and take the next step in their career.

You'll bring:

✔ 2–3 years' experience in marketing, communications or a related field

✔ Experience supporting and coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives

✔ Strong content creation skills across digital and social channels

✔ Experience with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or digital platforms

✔ Confidence using Canva and creating or editing marketing materials

✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills

✔ Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

✔ A proactive and positive approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

✔ An interest in understanding how marketing activity can support enrolments, engagement and business outcomes

About the Team

You'll join our Brisbane Support Office and work closely with the Marketing team and centres across Journey, helping turn marketing initiatives into practical activity that supports each service and its community.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days in the Brisbane Support Office each week, with occasional travel to centres when required.
