Maintenance Electrician

This is a well-run site where maintenance is valued, systems are structured, and tradespeople are trusted to focus on proactive maintenance rather than constant firefighting.

Your new role
Working within an experienced maintenance team, you will support modern production and processing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
• Electrical fault-finding on PLC-controlled systems
• Working with motors, VSDs, sensors, and control circuits
• Minimising downtime and improving equipment reliability
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining documentation and adhering to safety standards

What you'll get in return

• A Grade Electrical Licence
• Ideally, 3+ years' experience within FMCG manufacturing (Food, Meat, Poultry, Dairy, Beverage, Packaging or Pharmaceutical)
• Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with automated production equipment and PLC systems
• Proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and reliability
