Your new role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of civic and building infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule and quality outcomes while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. Projects may include parks and natural area upgrades, sporting and community facilities, civic buildings, land remediation works and corporate real estate improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience delivering building, construction or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, cost, time and quality management. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Current C Class Driver Licence and White Card (or ability to obtain one). Project management qualifications or AIPM accreditation will be highly regarded.What you'll get in return
