Hays Manufacturing & Operations is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Laggers/Insulators for a range of upcoming shutdown projects across Newcastle and the Hunter Region.We are looking to connect with trade-qualified and experienced shutdown personnel who are available for short-term project work over the coming months. These opportunities will involve insulation installation, maintenance and removal works across heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of thermal and acoustic insulation
• Cladding, sheet metal and jacketing works
• Shutdown maintenance and project-based activities
• Working safely within industrial and construction environments
• Following site procedures and permit systems

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous experience as a Lagger, Insulator or Industrial Trades Assistant with insulation experience
• Current Construction White Card
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (highly regarded)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable transport and flexible availability for shutdown schedules
