About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our GPs and providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Immunisations and vaccine management
- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments and care plans
- Assisting with procedures
- Chronic disease management
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Patient education and clinical support
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
About You
The successful applicant will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A caring and professional approach to patient care
- Experience with Best Practice software (desirable)
