Rocketfuel Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can inspire a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a salary of $75-80K, based on your experience. Your duties will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Lead and support the team, including roster management and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety and customer service
- Assist in preparing and despatching retail and wholesale orders
- Oversee stock control, budgets and cost management to support efficient operations
- Handle customer feedback professionally and contribute to continuous improvement
The successful applicant must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
