Our client is a well-established real estate agency looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join their team.
Due to continued business growth, they are seeking an additional Property Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 110–115 properties, conveniently located across, Como Kensington, Victoria Park, East Victoria Park & Burswood
The team has strong staff retention, with employees who have been with the business for over 7 and 14 years.
The Benefits
- $90K–$110K + super, negotiable depending on experience & Fuel Allowance

The Role
- End-to-end management of 110–115 residential properties
- Routine inspections
- Leasing and home opens
- Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
- Managing day-to-day tasks through PropertyMe
- Working alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager
About You
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation
- Experience with PropertyMe or similar software
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
