Join the Team Bringing Orthonova to Life
Orthonova is a collaboration between St John of God Health Care and a group of Perth’s leading orthopaedic surgeons and will deliver a superbly comfortable, individualised patient experience, underpinned by the highest standards of clinical quality and safety.
Opening in March 2027, the centre will set the standard for quality orthopaedic care, supported by clinician input and world-leading technology. The vision is to build a unique centre which is the benchmark in expert, personalised orthopaedic care and education, and at the forefront of technology and sustainability in healthcare.
The centre will comprise of:
Four state of the art operating theatres
38 overnight beds
20 chair day surgery and day of surgery lounge (The Lounge)
A dedicated entry and seamless support services integrated with St John of God Murdoch Hospital with the two hospitals connected via a linking bridge
Orthonova will have a unique presence in the growing Murdoch precinct that will embody sustainability and technology while delivering an unmatched patient experience.

To be successful, you will have:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Relevant surgical nursing experience within an acute hospital setting
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for contributing to the development of a new and innovative healthcare service

Full time, permanent part-time and casual positions, working up to 70 hours a fortnight
