    About the role
    In this position, you will provide high-quality nursing care and work collaboratively with patients, families, doctors, carers, and other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Assessing patients and developing, implementing, and reviewing careplans.
    • Administering medications and treatments according to approved procedures.
    • Monitoring patients’ health and responding appropriately to changesin condition.
    • Maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes.
    • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
    • Supporting infection prevention and workplace health and safety procedures.
    • Participating in handovers, case conferences, audits, and quality-improvement activities.
    • Providing guidance and support to enrolled nurses, assistants, and students where appropriate.
    • Promoting dignity, privacy, choice, and person-centred care.
    • Manage vaccine order & cold chain management

    About you
    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
    • A recognised nursing qualification.
    • Previous nursing experience in [aged care/hospital/medicalcenter/community care].
    • Strong clinical assessment, medication-management, and documentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A caring, professional, and respectful approach to patient care.
    • Availability to work [weekends/night shifts/rotating rosters, if required].

    Desirable
    • Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
    • Experience with [clinical software or electronic medical records].
    • Current police check and other required employment checks.
