Depending on your experience and interests, we are working on roles involving:

• Managing your own portfolio of commercial or SME clients, domestic books, and niche and specialised placements
• Supporting senior brokers with renewals, endorsements and client queries
• Developing tailored insurance solutions across a wide range of industries
• Building strong client relationships and delivering highquality advice
• Working closely with insurers to negotiate competitive outcomes
• Contributing to business growth through exceptional service and professionalism

• Head of Corporate Broking Western Suburbs $200k to $250k + Super + Bonus
• Account Manager Commercial Western Suburbs $120k to $140k + Super
• Account Manager Professional Risks Eastern Suburbs $110k to $140k + Super
• Account Executive - SME Northern Suburbs $100k to $120k + Super
• Account Executive Property CBD $90k to $100k + Super
• Assistant Broker - Professional Risks Eastern Suburbs $70k to $90k + Super
• Assistant Broker (x2) General Insurance - Eastern Suburbs $70k to $90k + Super
• Claims Assistant (x3) Property and Motor - Eastern Suburbs $70k to $90k + Super

Portfolio types vary but include Property, Motor, Construction, Commercial and SME, Professional Risks or Corporate programmes.
What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in insurance broking or underwriting, or general experience within insurance, such as claims, disputes, or client management
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 ANZIIF (or working towards)
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive approach and genuine commitment to customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
