About the role

As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team alongside experienced clinicians and administrative support, delivering evidence-based therapy to help children and adults achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

Our structured 3-month onboarding program includes gradual caseload growth, weekly supervision, peer mentoring, clinical huddles, practical tools and ongoing professional development—giving you the support to grow your skills and confidence.

What you’ll bring: 

  • A degree in Speech Pathology or (graduating soon) and SPA eligibility/ registration.
