About the Company
TOM People and I are working with a leading national supply chain and logistics organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This business operates one of Australia's largest distribution networks and continues to invest heavily in automation, technology, and operational excellence to support future growth.

The Opportunity
Supporting senior operational stakeholders, you will provide commercial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple distribution centres. This is a true business partnering role where your ability to influence and identify commercial opportunities will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.

  • Partner with DC leaders to improve operational and financial performance.

  • Analyse labour, logistics, and supply chain costs.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Support business cases and continuous improvement projects.

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial finance experience.

  • Background in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Comfortable travelling regularly to distribution centre sites.
