Protech are currently seeking experienced Asphalt Labourers and Spray Seal Workers to join busy and growing crews based in Carrington and Thornton.

About the Role
- General asphalt and spray seal labouring duties
- Assisting with road construction, surfacing, and maintenance projects
- Working alongside paving, asphalt, and spray seal crews
- Operating hand and power tools
- Supporting daily site activities to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintaining a strong focus on workplace health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in asphalt, spray seal, road construction, or civil infrastructure projects
- White Card (essential)
- MR Licence and reliable transport (Minimum)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow site instructions
