Groomer/ Stylist:
As a Groomer / Stylist you'll deliver exceptional grooming experiences, in addition to:
- Providing full grooming services, including breed-specific styling
- Delivering outstanding customer service and personalised grooming advice
- Managing client bookings and building lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining high salon presentation and safety standards
- Supporting the Store Manager with salon operations
- Helping achieve salon performance goals while always putting pet welfare first
- Working collaboratively with the wider store team
You'll bring:
- Professional dog grooming experience
- A grooming qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
- Strong knowledge of breed-specific styling
- A commitment to animal welfare and safe handling practices
Bather/ Dryer:
Every day is different! You'll work alongside our grooming team to:
- Bathe, dry and prepare dogs for grooming
- Support our Senior Groomers with daily salon operations
- Provide exceptional care for every pet
- Create memorable customer experiences
- Assist with salon bookings and daily organisation
- Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming salon
Experience working with animals is great but not essential - we're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for pets.
