The Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead our Tissot concession at Myer Bourke Street Melbourne.
Reporting to the Melbourne Multi-Site Manager, based at Tissot Collins Street, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of the concession, leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the Tissot brand is represented to the highest standard.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Drive sales targets, budgets and KPIs
- Lead, coach and motivate the team
- Set clear customer service and selling standards
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints
- Deliver a high standard across every stage of the selling cycle
- Conduct regular product, sales and operational training
- Maintain Tissot product and visual merchandising standards
- Oversee daily concession operations and cash handling
- Manage stock, inventory and stocktake processes
- Communicate key matters to the Melbourne Multi-Site Manager
- Complete reporting, administration and compliance requirements
