About the role:

  • Work across a broad range of family law matters, including parenting, property, divorce, child support and financial agreements.
  • Assist on high-value and often sensitive matters involving substantial asset structures, business interests and negotiated settlements.
  • Be involved in both negotiated outcomes andcourt-based disputes, including urgent and complex matters.
  • Draft key documents, prepare court material and contribute to strategy across a varied and active file load.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and play a real part in guiding them through what is often a very personal stage of life.

The ideal candidate:

  • 1 – 3 PQE with family law experience.
  • Exposure to parenting and property matters.
  • Strong drafting, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a supportive team.
